Return & Refund Policy for LumiSculpt

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why LumiSculpt offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in good condition.

  • Light use is acceptable for evaluation, but excessively used, damaged, or altered items may not qualify.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns for:

  • Heavily used or damaged products

  • Items missing components or packaging

  • Returns submitted after 30 days


3. Return Process

  • Email support@lumisculpt.us to request a return authorization.

  • Do not send items back without approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  • Then contact your bank

6. Chargebacks & Abuse

  • Attempting to file a chargeback while a return is in progress may delay or void your refund.

  • Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future service.
